At the Citadel
Under the guise of cleaning up in the library at the Citadel, you take in the smell of leather texts, metal chains, and old parchment. You're surrounded by books, none of which you're allowed to read at the moment. There are a few scholars milling around and reading. You're hoping to study up to become one of the maesters one day. But, until then, you get to re-shelve books, and sweep up after those you admire.
